Our educators offer practices based in positive psychology research that you and your team can begin using immediately, whether you have 30 seconds or 30 minutes. We’ll introduce you to wellness practices that may be new to you or that may build on your current practices. At The Nest Project, we encourage positive change in an environment built on connection and compassion.

Our team is committed to creating and delivering the highest quality mental health literacy information, research, education and resources. Our materials are provided in a variety of mediums that include videos, animations, brochures, e-books, face-to-face training programs, and online training programs. Our materials are specifically designed to meet the needs of children, youth, young adults, families, educators, community agencies and health care providers.

HelpGuide has grown from a small local project at the Rotary Club of Santa Monica to an independent, internationally recognized mental health and wellness nonprofit that helps millions each month. Through it all, our mission has remained the same: to provide empowering, evidence-based information that you can use to help yourself and your loved ones.

As more information becomes available, we will continue to update DrugSafe to reflect the growing drug-related concerns affecting Albertans. We will help you consider the risks of drugs if you are contemplating using, reduce the potential harm if you choose to use and help those in your life who may be using. We will do this with a key goal of reducing harm.
